An Adamietz S.A. site manager delivered a lecture for final-semester students of the Construction faculty at the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Architecture of the Rzeszów University of Technology. Konrad Rakowski managed the construction of the grandstands at the stadium in Krosno, which is why the lecture focused on the structural aspects of the facility — concrete, practical knowledge straight from the front line of works. Without unnecessary formalities and on our own initiative — we wanted to share our experience with people entering the market. This kind of knowledge transfer is, for us, a natural part of working in the industry. The feedback from the students was very positive, which is why we plan to continue such meetings.
