An environment where patients feel safe – that’s what we’re focused on as we launch a new investment in Kraków.

On June 29, 2026, the Kraków branch of ADAMIETZ S.A., as leader of a consortium with WODPOL Sp. z o.o., signed a contract for the implementation of the investment titled “Design, construction, and equipping of a new building for the Adult Psychiatry Department and the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department, together with a day-care and outpatient area dedicated to psychiatric and psychological care” for the University Hospital in Kraków. The investment will be carried out under the “design–build–equip” formula.
On behalf of the Client, the contract was signed by Marcin Jędrychowski – Director of the University Hospital in Kraków, with financial countersignature by Chief Accountant Dorota Lechowicz. The consortium was represented by: Zuzanna Konieczny – Board Member, Vice President of WODPOL Sp. z o.o., Adam Marszałek – President of the Management Board of WODPOL Sp. z o.o., and Szczepan Kusibab – Vice President of the Management Board, Corporate Affairs Director of ADAMIETZ S.A.
The subject of the contract is the construction of a modern, six-story facility for the Adult Psychiatry Department and the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department. The building will include, among others, a mental health clinic, inpatient wards for children, adolescents, and adults, educational and rehabilitation spaces, as well as a rehabilitation garden. Given the specific nature of the facility, the design will incorporate architectural, installation, and material solutions ensuring an enhanced level of safety for both patients and medical staff.
This is another investment in which we will draw on our experience in delivering demanding healthcare facilities. We would like to thank our partners for their trust, and we are glad that, together with WODPOL Sp. z o.o., we will contribute to the development of psychiatric care in Poland.
The project is being carried out by the Eastern Region – Kraków Branch, under the leadership of Damian Kamiński and Marta Szymczyk.
