GDPR INFORMATION CLAUSE
We hereby advise you that your Personal Data Controller is Adamietz Sp. z o.o. with the registered office in Strzelce Opolskie, street address Braci Prankel 1 (henceforth: the Personal Data Controller). Your personal data will be processed for the communication process (responding to inquiries) in connection with which personal data has been disclosed, and the personal data will be retained for a maximum of three years after the last communication, to be immediately expunged afterwards. Your submission of your personal data is voluntary but prerequisite for our reply to your inquiry. The Personal Data Controller will process your personal data pursuant to Article 6(1)(a – f) of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, henceforth: GDPR) Your personal data may only be disclosed to the processors referred to in GDPR Article 28 whose services are used by the Personal Data Controller, in particular entities providing ICT services and security services to the Personal Data Controller.

We also advise you that you have the right to access your personal data, to rectify your personal data, to expunge your personal data, to restrict processing of your personal data, to object to further processing of your personal data, and to transfer your personal data to another Data Controller. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. You have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory authority of jurisdiction, which is UODO in Poland (the Office of Personal Data Protection). This Website does not collect any information automatically, except for the information contained in cookies.

Your personal data will be processed for the recruitment process in connection with which your personal data has been disclosed and production of the hiring documentation if your recruitment ends with a decision to hire you. Your submission of your personal data is voluntary but a prerequisite for the recruitment process. The Personal Data Controller will process your personal data pursuant to Article 6(1)(a, b and f) of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, henceforth: GDPR) Your personal data may only be disclosed to the processors referred to in GDPR Article 28 whose services are used by the Personal Data Controller, in particular entities providing ICT services and security services to the Personal Data Controller. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the recruitment process for the position you have applied for and will be expunged within 6 months after the end of the recruitment process. If you consent to the processing of your personal data for future recruitment processes, your personal data will be stored until you withdraw such consent or for a period of three years from the date of your consent.

We also advise you that you have the right to access your personal data, to rectify your personal data, to expunge your personal data, to restrict processing of your personal data, to object to further processing of your personal data, and to transfer your personal data to another Data Controller. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. You have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory authority of jurisdiction, which is UODO in Poland (the Office of Personal Data Protection). We inform you that you will not be subject to any decision processes based solely on automated processing, including profiling of your personal data.
