We hereby advise you that your Personal Data Controller is Adamietz Sp. z o.o. with the registered office in Strzelce Opolskie, street address Braci Prankel 1 (henceforth: the Personal Data Controller). Your personal data will be processed for the communication process (responding to inquiries) in connection with which personal data has been disclosed, and the personal data will be retained for a maximum of three years after the last communication, to be immediately expunged afterwards. Your submission of your personal data is voluntary but prerequisite for our reply to your inquiry. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the recruitment process for the position you have applied for and will be expunged within 6 months after the end of the recruitment process. If you consent to the processing of your personal data for future recruitment processes, your personal data will be stored until you withdraw such consent or for a period of three years from the date of your consent.

We also advise you that you have the right to access your personal data, to rectify your personal data, to expunge your personal data, to restrict processing of your personal data, to object to further processing of your personal data, and to transfer your personal data to another Data Controller.
