On 15 October, our Olsztyn branch of Adamietz signed a contract with the City of Białystok for the construction of two residential buildings on Absolwentów Street in the Bema housing estate.
Scope of works:
• Building B: 165 apartments, completion within 22 months of contract signing
• Building C: 229 apartments and a free-standing, multi-level car park, completion within 30 months
Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) is financing 85% of eligible costs. Together with the planned Building D, the estate will provide 612 municipal apartments with a total floor area of nearly 22,000 m².
