Our Leszno branch of Adamietz S.A. has completed the construction of multi-family residential buildings with underground garages at ul. Chmielewskiego in Szczecin, together with the above-ground and underground infrastructure necessary for operating the buildings, site development and retaining walls. We handed over the first building at the end of May 2025. The completion of the second stage closes the entire investment project.
Parameters of the last building:

▪️ height: 27.07 m
▪️ 9 above-ground storeys and 3 underground storeys designated for the garage
▪️ sprinkler system ensuring the separation of the garage levels in the event of a fire
Fun fact: a “bat house” was created in the garage. The investment site had previously been a bat habitat, which is why the investor was obliged to recreate conditions conducive to their resettlement. As part of our work, we built special brick chimneys and a trough serving as a drinking fountain.
We carried out the project on behalf of Best Deweloper Sp. z o.o. according to a design by IDS Architekci Sp. z o.o., with Maciej Panek as the lead designer.
