The investment commissioned by the Municipality of the City of Szczecin included a wide range of construction and installation works aimed at creating a modern educational space.

As part of the project, we accomplished: ▪ Completion of structural and construction works, including the steel structure of the sports hall roof. ▪ Construction of the auditorium roof made of glued laminated timber and installation of aluminum windows and doors. ▪ Roofing with PVC membrane and façade finishing using light-wet technology and ventilated façade. ▪ Comprehensive interior finishing works, including the installation of suspended ceilings and wall claddings. ▪ Sanitary and electrical installations, along with fire alarm systems, ventilation, and air conditioning. ▪ Site development, including the construction of sports fields, tracks, playgrounds, roads, sidewalks, and parking lots.

A few numbers: ▪ Building footprint: 5762 m² ▪ Usable floor area: 12,017.66 m² ▪ Total area of external spaces: 34,872.03 m², including: ▪ Sports fields and tracks: 3,013.78 m² ▪ Playgrounds and outdoor gym: 792.92 m²
