Adamietz S.A. has become the general contractor for the Quantum logistics park in Gliwice! As part of this ambitious “design and build” project, we will deliver over 40,000 m² of modern space, combining our experience, efficient management and the highest execution standards with the needs of tenants and the surrounding area. The project is an example of good cooperation and the combined expertise of the partners: Adamietz S.A. and developers on the Polish logistics real estate market: LCube (part of the Adamietz Group) and Quantum Real. LCube has become a co-owner of the investment, which will ultimately reach a total area of 63,000 m². The project is being carried out by the Katowice Branch of Adamietz S.A. We present a visualization of the facility along with photos showing the earthworks already underway.
