We have been collaborating during project execution with Eko-Okna S.A. of Kornice, a manufacturer of joinery, already for several years.
This time we were entrusted
with the unique task of constructing a 130,000 sq.m. production and warehouse hall, together with an office and staff facility of 11,000 sq.m., the technical infrastructure and manoeuvring yards with the total area of and 180,000 sq, of landscaping with manoeuvring yards.
The works are in full swing
The earthworks, foundations and the installation of prefabricated elements for the hall and office buildings have been carried out.
The following elements are currently being installed:
the facade,
the steel structure,
the roof cover and brickwork for the walls of office buildings and warehouses, as well as floor preparation and concrete casting. Outdoor paved space construction has begun.
The investment is being carried out in the “design and build” formula.
Planned completion date – Q1 .
