We are pleased to announce the on-time completion of the warehouse hall construction for Unitube in the Economic Activity Zone in Olszowa, Ujazd municipality. The design was prepared by our Adamietz Design Office.
What distinguishes this investment?
The facility, for which we acted as General Contractor, is one of the most technologically advanced warehouses in Poland – enabling the implementation of technologies that will elevate service standards and optimize client operations.
The hall is equipped with cranes featuring electromagnets, precision cutting machines, and systematic steel shelving, which ensures efficient and effective storage and handling of steel pipes and profiles. Additionally, the carefully designed structural layout allows all devices to operate simultaneously and efficiently within each warehouse bay.
We sincerely thank our Opole team for their collaboration! The project was supervised by the reliable Construction Manager Michał Kulawik and Project Manager Tomasz Balzasch.
This is another ambitious project in our portfolio, showcasing our professionalism and expertise. It also contributes to regional development – the new facility will provide jobs for several dozen employees!
