In May, the month dedicated to promoting health and safety principles in construction, ADAMIETZ is taking yet another initiative! Adamietz S.A. actively participated in a conference on construction site safety held under the motto “Vision Zero – Height Under Control,” organized on May 21, 2026, by the Regional Labour Inspectorate in Opole, in cooperation with the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture of Opole University of Technology.
One of the speakers was Rafał Dolak, HSE Coordinator of the Wrocław Branch of ADAMIETZ S.A., industrial alpinist (IRATA Level 3) and height rescue specialist. In his presentation: “A Fall Is No Accident – Why Do People Fall?”, he highlighted the most common causes of accidents and emphasized the importance of hazard awareness and effective preventive measures when working at height.
The conference took place in the Blue Auditorium of Opole University of Technology and brought together a wide audience – representatives of administrative and local government authorities, uniformed services, public institutions, employer organizations and trade unions, as well as the academic community. Also present in large numbers were employers from the construction industry, site and works managers, HSE specialists, and students.
In addition to participating in the lecture sessions, ADAMIETZ also presented a height rescue demonstration, serving as a practical complement to the topics discussed. The event was attended by a delegation of Adamietz’s management team and experts, including: Sławomir Babik – Director of the Project Office, Małgorzata Kałuża-Swoboda – Director of Investment Process Management, Roman Dombrowski – Director of Project Execution, Iwona Krzysztofowicz – Senior Marketing Specialist.
