Safety is a daily choice. We appreciate those who make it every single day!
On 28 September, the second edition of the internal health and safety competition took place at the Chmielna 78 construction site in Gdańsk. Its aim was to promote safe behaviour and build a safety culture among the employees of all companies working on the project.
Over an extended period, the management team of Adamietz’s Gdańsk branch observed daily work on the construction site, paying attention to compliance with health and safety rules, the use of personal protective equipment, and proper responses to hazards. On this basis, we selected six winners representing different subcontractor companies: three main prizes and three honourable mentions. The winners received gift vouchers, first aid kits and gadget sets.
The competition was initiated by Site Manager Mariusz Sawicki and Health and Safety Inspector Paulina Myrcha. We believe that safety is not just about regulations and inspections, but above all about an attitude that deserves to be recognised and rewarded.
