We have successfully completed another challenge. We are pleased to announce the completion of a project for GoodMills Polska, the producer of Mąka Basia flour. The investment in Kutno is an excellent example of combining our competencies with the application of modern technologies.

Key elements of the investment:

• Demolition of existing fire protection tanks under the planned mill extension building: Preparatory works included the removal of water tanks with a capacity of nearly 200 m³.
• Work carried out at an active production facility (food industry): We executed the project while maintaining uninterrupted operations of the Investor, including opening the entire elevation at 6 technological levels with temporary production protection.
• Coordination of the Investor’s technology installation: We were responsible for coordinating all entities on the construction site, beginning technology installation while the structure was still being erected.
• Use of drones and 4K recordings: We employed modern technologies for the acceptance of works related to silos.
• Completion of finishing works using rope access techniques: A number of complex finishing works required the use of specialist access techniques.
• Silos constituting the load-bearing structure of the facility were constructed using the slip forming/self-climbing formwork method.

Technical parameters:

• Foundations: Indirect foundation on over 250 piles.
• Monolithic structure: 380 tons of steel and 3,100 m³ of concrete.
• Prefabricated structure: 235 tons of reinforcing steel, 740 m³ of concrete for floors, 900 m³ of concrete for columns, beams and stairs.
• Monolithic reinforced concrete silos: 48 reinforced concrete silos, executed using the slip forming method in 24/7 mode.
• Building height: 32 m, comprising 6 technological levels.
• Capacity of demolished fire protection tanks at building foundation level: nearly 200 m³.

This project demonstrates our ability to effectively manage and execute complex industrial investments while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
