The modernization of a building with over a hundred years of history is a task that combines heritage conservation requirements with the standards of modern long-term care. As General Contractor, we carried out the modernization and expansion of the Long-Term Care Facility (ZOL) at the ZOZ in Wągrowiec. The historic building, protected under heritage conservation, underwent a comprehensive renovation, and the newly added wing increased the number of patient places from 38 to 63. The scope of work included adapting the facility to long-term care standards while preserving the building’s historical value. The facility’s opening gathered representatives of provincial authorities, members of parliament, and local government officials. Adamietz S.A. was represented by Poznań Branch Director Aleksander Grzywaczewski. The individuals responsible for delivering the investment were Project Manager Jakub Błaszczyk and Construction Manager Dariusz Matulski.
