At our company, we believe that the best way to learn the engineering profession is to experience production and service processes directly, in the place where they actually take place, which is why we are opening our doors to a new generation of experts. On June 17, we had the pleasure of hosting exceptional guests – third-year students from the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture at Opole University of Technology. As part of the study visit and practical classes, future engineers had the opportunity to learn firsthand about the advanced processes behind the success of our projects.
Our employees shared their knowledge and experience:
Marta Waluga – PROFILAR – production of cold-formed profiles and sheet metal processing,
Mateusz Adamietz – ARPANEL Sandwich Panels – production of sandwich panels,
Adam Strzelczyk – FORMOPEX Sp. z o.o. – manufacturing process of steel structural components.
The visit participants were welcomed by Małgorzata Kałuża-Swoboda and Sławomir Babik, who presented the scope of activities of Adamietz S.A., as well as the role and tasks of the design office in the investment process. The event was also attended by academic supervisors from Opole University of Technology: Dr. Eng. Wiesław Baran and Eng. Joanna Nowacka, MSc.
Thanks to the involvement of the hosts, the students were able to learn not only about the technologies used in practice, but also about the organization of production and logistics processes in a modern construction and manufacturing company.
Thank you for an inspiring meeting, plenty of insightful questions, and fantastic energy!
