Transformation doesn’t happen on its own. It takes people. Adamietz S.A. has for some time been undergoing deliberate, planned changes — in structure, in processes, and in the way we think about the future. As of 1 May 2026, this process takes on another concrete form.
Mirosław Ptasiński joins the Management Board of Adamietz S.A. as a Member of the Board and Chief Financial Officer. With over 25 years of experience in financial management, controlling, logistics, production processes and sales, he is a manager who not only understands numbers — he understands organisations. He knows how to optimise operations and how to build strategies that tangibly strengthen a company’s operational efficiency. We believe that his joining Adamietz S.A. is more than a personnel change. It is a fresh perspective that will reinforce what we are building.
At the same time, changes are taking place within our Management Board that are a natural consequence of the growing scale of the Adamietz Group:
- Mieczysława Fyk-Łazar, long-standing Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, takes on the role of Chief Operating Officer and actively joins in shaping Adamietz Holding — the next chapter in the history of our group.
- Łukasz Kutyba is promoted to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board, continuing in his role as Director of the Eastern Region.
