Hotel Chmielna 78 Gdańsk is being built. Work is in full swing on the construction site!
Granary Island has been a meeting place for merchants from all over the world for centuries. Thanks to Marvipol Development and the commitment of the Adamietz team, a new four-star Hotel Chmielna 78 is being built in this historic area. We have completed two important milestones:
- Execution of the ground slab (foundation) together with underfloor drainage and installations: lightning protection and earthing systems,
- Completion of level “0” in terms of structure – including the garage and the ceiling above it.
We have also successfully completed earthworks, geotechnical works and excavation dewatering. Currently:
- We are carrying out reinforced concrete works on the first floor and finishing the ceiling above the ground floor in one section of the building,
- In another section, reinforced concrete works on the ground floor are still ongoing,
- In the garage, we have started building walls for technical rooms and are preparing for the installation of heating substation equipment.
The coming months will be full of new challenges – subsequent stages will include sanitary and electrical installation works. Follow our progress – we will share further updates soon! The investment is being carried out by the Gdańsk branch of Adamietz.
