Germany is one of Poland’s most important trading partners, which is why the Adamietz Group closely monitors trends and challenges related to doing business in that country.

On May 22nd, we participated in the Focus on Germany event organized by the friendly Polish-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, AHK Poland. At the Opole Marshal’s Office, we shared knowledge and experiences regarding expansion into the German market. It was an excellent opportunity to exchange insights about the opportunities and challenges faced by Polish entrepreneurs operating there.

During the meeting, Adamietz Vice President and General Director Łukasz Obrusznik spoke about the difficulties in recruiting employees, the specifics of the German market, and the cultural differences that affect day-to-day cooperation and business development.
