The construction of a complex of three residential buildings at Chmielewskiego 24 Street in Szczecin has reached the halfway point.

In April 2025, we completed the first of two buildings being constructed by the Leszno branch as part of phases II and III of the investment for Best Deweloper Sp. z o.o. The building has 9 residential floors and an underground garage, comprising 124 apartments with a total area of 11,962.76 m².

This is a modern space that has already received positive feedback from residents – for its functionality, aesthetics, and high quality of workmanship. Such projects confirm that precision and planning at every stage translate into real utility value.

Further phases are underway – and we are consistently achieving our goal by applying modern technologies and innovative solutions.
