We are pleased to announce the completion of another significant project: the construction of a production and warehouse facility with office space for Hanyang Polska Sp. z o.o., a specialist in advanced injection technology for plastic products!
The work carried out by Adamietz Rzeszów lasted from July 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024, under the supervision of the construction manager Piotr Stec and project manager Tomasz Bema.
The investment, which we have developed in Świdnik at Chemiczna Street 1, will significantly strengthen the local economy and open new business opportunities.

Project details:
▪️ Net volume: 59,543.40 m³
▪️ Building area: 6,676.44 m²
▪️ Usable area: 6,888.80 m²

The scope of work included:
– Demolition of existing buildings and infrastructure elements
– Construction of a new production and warehouse facility with social and office amenities
– Creation of a retention reservoir
– Location of an above-ground, steel fire tank
– Location of a pumping station
– Location of a container transformer station
– Preparation of road and technical infrastructure, including yards, internal roads, sidewalks, and parking spaces.
