We are pleased to announce that at the construction site of the Nowa Kurkowa project, at ul. Kurkowa 36 in Wrocław, executed on behalf of Akademia Development Sp. z o.o.we have completed the open shell stage of the works. The ceremony of symbolic closure of the roof in the top part of the building took place on 27 October.
This is an important milestone in our project, which we have achieved despite some difficulties caused by the compact urban development and the ongoing reconstruction of ul. Pomorska in Wrocław, which restricted access to the storage yards.
We are currently focussed on the roofing works, installation of facade joinery and the creation of partition walls in the individual apartments. We are are carrying out electrical and plumbing installation works to ensure the full comfort of future residents.
In the near future, we anticipate the removal of the tower crane and site preparation for facade and finishing works. Our aim is to create not only a beautiful, but also a functional place to live.
We plan to complete the entire project during the second half of 2024. This is a huge challenge for us, but we are confident that with the determination and dedication of the ADAMIETZ team, we will be able to create a unique space which meets the expectations of our clients.
