Adamietz has signed a contract for the construction of the Silesia Ring Hotel, located at a motorsport and automotive facility in Kamień Śląski.
The investor – Silesia Ring – specializes in organizing motorsport events, renting out the track to private individuals, companies, and professional racing teams, as well as running driving technique improvement and safety training courses. We are carrying out the project in a design-and-build formula: as general contractor we are responsible for the construction, while our design office is preparing the full set of executive, technical, and interior design plans for the building and its surroundings.
Guests of the 4-star hotel, with an area of approx. 7,952 m², will have access to: dining and lounge areas, a conference section, a multifunctional event hall, a spa, and underground parking.
Completion time: 20 months.
The project is being carried out by the Opole Branch. The Director of Project Delivery is Adam Kowalski, and the Project Manager is Mateusz Skóra.
