The establishment of the Opole Defence Cluster in cooperation with Polish Armaments Group S.A. is a clear signal that the Opole region possesses the potential to carry out the most demanding technological projects. The signing of the agreement between the Marshal of the Opole Voivodeship, Szymon Ogłaza, and the President of the Polish Armaments Group, Adam Leszkiewicz, opens a new chapter in building the region’s security and innovativeness. The initiative is co-created by partners such as the Opole Centre for Economic Development, the Opole Chamber of Commerce, Business Centre Club, the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A., and the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone “INVEST-PARK” — which underscores the multidimensional nature of this undertaking. The Adamietz Company was recognised during the forum as an entity fully prepared to carry out projects in support of national defence. We possess the appropriate structures prepared for this type of challenge, enabling us to engage immediately in the cluster’s activities. We are convinced that this cooperation will translate into increased innovativeness and enhanced security at both the regional and national level. Adamietz was represented at the meeting by Łukasz Obrusznik – Vice-President and General Director of Adamietz SA, and Szczepan Kusibab – Vice-President and Director for Corporate Affairs of Adamietz SA. Together we are building a strong, modern industry and defence potential for Poland! Photos: Łukasz Józwenko UMWO
