WUWA Point – modern office space on the Wrocław map
Last week, we had the pleasure of participating in the official opening of one of the projects we constructed. At the Nowe Żerniki estate, at Aleja Architektów 7, a new office building – WUWA Point – was officially opened. This is the first investment of its kind in the western part of Wrocław. The project was designed by Maćków Design Studio, with ADAMIETZ Sp. z o.o. Wrocław Branch serving as the general contractor.
The building comprises six above-ground floors and one underground floor, offering over 5,000 m² of office space and 13,000 m² of total usable area. The distinctive façade made of prefabricated concrete elements and aluminum-glass joinery gives the building a modern and cohesive appearance.
The terrace available to employees offers an impressive view of Tarczyński Arena, Most Rędziński (Rędziński Bridge), Sky Tower, and on clear days – also Mount Ślęża.
Although WUWA Point was built with a specific company in mind – Entire M Sp. z o.o. – vacant premises are still available for rent in the building. The spaces are offered in Shell & Core standard, allowing for flexible arrangement – from intimate offices to large open-space areas.
The building has been awarded BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
Special thanks to Agnieszka Sikora’s implementation team: Witek Skubiszewski, Bartek Bara, Sławek Drążkiewicz, Maciek Chojnacki, Natalia Witkowska, Marta Kleszcz, Dawid Komor, Magda Sztukowska, and Piotr Niciejewski.
