It was no coincidence that the ceremony took place on Children’s Day – symbolically marking the launch of an investment that will serve the youngest patients for decades to come. Adamietz, as the general contractor, participated in the inauguration ceremony for the construction of the University Surgical Centre for Children at University Clinical Hospital No. 1 of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin. The project is being carried out by our branch in Leszno in consortium with Adamietz Warszawa under a “design and build” formula. The five-storey building with an area of over 13,500 m² is being constructed at Unii Lubelskiej Street, on the grounds of University Clinical Hospital No. 1 of PUM. It will house an operating block, outpatient clinics with an admissions room, a children’s emergency department, a day surgery unit, a surgery ward, an intensive care unit, and diagnostic laboratories — X-ray, ultrasound, and MRI. On the roof — a helipad for the Air Medical Rescue Service. We are proud to be delivering a project that genuinely transforms the conditions of medical treatment for children in Poland. We would like to thank the Investor and all project participants for their cooperation and trust.
