Construction of a warehouse facility with office, social and technical back-up facilities, as well as an office-social-catering building with internal installations: electrical, photovoltaic, ICT, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, water supply, sanitary and stormwater drainage systems; external installations: electrical, ICT, water supply, sanitary and stormwater drainage with reconstruction of a retention tank; internal road system with parking spaces, retaining wall, transformer station, emergency generator, bicycle shelter — implemented as an extension of the existing plant.
