Significant Changes in the Management Board Structure of Adamietz

We are pleased to announce significant changes in the Management Board structure of Adamietz, reflecting the dynamic product and geographic growth of our organization.
Rajmund Adamietz continues his mission as President of the Management Board, providing the company with stable leadership and a vision for growth. His experience and strategic approach remain key to the company’s further development.
New Roles and Promotions
As part of the management structural transformation at Adamietz, the following changes have taken place:

Łukasz Obrusznik has been promoted to Vice President while continuing to serve as General Director. This dual role ensures operational consistency and effective management of company activities.
Marcin Leppich assumes the position of Vice President and Technical Director. His promotion will strengthen our ability to implement innovations and optimize technical processes.
Szczepan Kusibab, previously Vice President, expands his responsibilities to include the strategic role of Corporate Director. This change will enhance the company’s position in business and corporate relations.
Mieczysława Fyk-Łazar has been promoted to Vice President while continuing as Chief Financial Officer. This combination ensures strong and coherent financial management of the company.
Expansion of the Management Board
In response to the company’s dynamic growth, experienced managers have joined the Board:
Michał Chrobrowski has been appointed as a Member of the Board of Adamietz and assumes the role of Regional Director, overseeing branches in Łódź and Silesia.
Łukasz Kutyba has been appointed as a Member of the Board of Adamietz and assumes the role of Regional Director, managing branches in Rzeszów and Lublin as well as the engineering branch in Rzeszów.
The new Adamietz Management Board structure combines the experience of long-standing leaders with the fresh perspective of new members. This synergy of expertise and knowledge will enable even more effective management, innovation, and expansion into new markets.
