We are extremely pleased to announce that we have completed another, fifth stage of the investment for ifm ecolink in Opole – construction of a production and warehouse facility together with social and office area and necessary infrastructure. The usable area is 13,554.56 m², volume 107,966.68 m³. The facility will primarily serve the development and internationalization of PCB assembly.
The building was constructed in accordance with DGNB Certificate at GOLD level. This is a German building assessment system that takes into account sustainable construction requirements. Its purpose is to promote sustainable development in terms of environmental protection, socio-cultural issues, and project economics.
It was a real satisfaction and joy for #Adamietz to once again implement a project for this investor.
The facility was constructed by the Wrocław branch of Adamietz
