We have completed the construction works of the Primary School located on Podbórzańska and Kredowa Streets in Szczecin. The investment commissioned by the Municipality of the City of Szczecin included a wide range of construction and installation works aimed at creating a modern educational space.

As part of the project, we have accomplished: ▪ Completion of construction works, including the steel structure roofing of the sports hall.
▪ Construction of a wooden glued-laminated roof over the auditorium and installation of aluminum windows and doors.
▪ Covering the roofs with PVC membrane and finishing the facades using lightweight-wet technology and ventilated facades.
▪ Comprehensive interior finishing works, including installation of suspended ceilings and wall cladding.
▪ Sanitary and electrical installations, along with fire alarm, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
▪ Site development, including the construction of sports fields, a running track, playgrounds, roads, sidewalks, and parking lots.

A few numbers:
▪ Building area: 5762 m²
▪ Usable area: 12,017.66 m²
▪ Total external area: 34,872.03 m², including:
▪ Area of fields and running track: 3013.78 m²
▪ Playgrounds and gym area: 792.92 m²
