A gymnasium is being built in Wieliczka, on Wieliczka Poviat’s order, with a multi-purpose sports field on the roof and a two-floor underground car park.
The challenge was to construct the ceiling beams using post-tensioned concrete technology with an overall height of 1.9 m and a span of as much as 27 m.
Construction in numbers:
- total area of approx. 6,200 m2
- height 14.10 m
- stands with 200 seats
- two-floor car park with 100 parking spaces
- two multi-purpose sports fields: indoor and outdoor – on the roof.
Planned completion date – September 2023.
