Every construction has its moment zero. For Osiedle Ogrodowe SIM in Stalowa Wola, that moment fell on January 14 – the grand opening and handover of keys to 103 families in the first three buildings. As the general contractor, we were responsible for the comprehensive implementation of the investment for the Social Housing Initiative in Stalowa Wola. But numbers are only half the story. The other half? That’s construction manager Paweł Gielarowski, who knows the layout of every installation by heart. Tomasz Dziechciarz, who made sure the schedule didn’t remain just a nice chart in Excel. And the entire Rzeszów team, who proved daily that “on time and according to specifications” is not just a slogan. Osiedle Ogrodowe SIM is another project in our portfolio that confirms our competence also in the area of comprehensive development implementations. We sincerely thank the investor for their trust, all subcontractors for their professionalism, and our construction team for their commitment at every stage of implementation.
