Finishing work is underway on one of Adamietz’s flagship developments, the Helena Majdaniec Summer Theatre in Szczecin.

In June, we began a major redevelopment and extension of the facility on behalf of the City of Szczecin. It is a unique place on the map of the city and in the entire region.

The project was prepared by London-based architectural firm Flanagan Lawrence.

The theatre in numbers:

ca. 2 700 m³ – the cubic capacity of the proscenium

ca. 550 m² – the area of the proscenium

ca. 750 m² – the area of the stage

ca. 2 400 m² – the area of the audience

ca. 4,300 m² – the area of the roof

2,700 – the number of seats in the covered auditorium.

But it is not just about the numbers, it is also about the fantastic, original yet functional body, which is impressive with its modernity, unique colours and innovative technological solutions.

In addition, unique aesthetic experiences will be provided by the lights of varying intensity, shimmering in many shades.
