On Monday, January the , the foundation stone was laid for the construction of the office and commercial building with essential utilities and site development in ul. Floriańska and Okulickiego in Stalowa Wola.

With Adamietz as the General Contractor, we will develop a modernist four-storey office building in the very centre of the city for the principal, FABRYKA URBI FERRO sp. z o.o.

The ,000 m2 footprint area will house a mix of office and commercial functions, as well as underground and above-ground parking with EV chargers. The project, which is being developed as part of “Program Fabryka” (The Factory Program), is planned to utilise state-of-the-art passive building solutions.
