What is the progress of the production and warehouse building development for a German owner, Isringhausen?

The 10-hectare site in the Economic Operations Area of Ujazd Commune already shows the effects of work by the Adamietz Katowice Branch.

Completed work:

• Foundation work

• Pre-cast reinforced concrete and steel structure assembly

Ongoing work:

• Roof covering

• Aluminium curtain wall installation

• Cladding the exterior walls with ARPANEL sandwich panels

• Installation of mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems

• Soil improvement for road and parking lot surfaces

We are on track with the scheduled project delivery deadline.
