The work of our team on the construction of the Eko Okna factory in Kędzierzyn-Koźle is coming to an end. With a total area of 334,483 m², including 136,898 m² of built-up area, this is our largest project by surface area.

From obtaining the building permit in January 2023, through the first occupancy permit in February 2024, and the next one in March, the pace of our work has been truly impressive. Currently, all activities on the construction site have been completed, and we are in the process of handing over the building to the Investor.
