Our latest project is located in the strategic Metalchem zone at ul. Oświęcimska in Opole, where functionality meets modern design.

✅ We will design and build a warehouse with a usable area of approximately 1,500 m², equipped with two overhead cranes with a total lifting capacity of 120 tonnes, ready for the handling of the oversized items of major importance for DB-PRO Sp. z o.o. But there’s more! Harmoniously located nearby the warehouse, the client’s 575 m² three-storey office building is also part of the works.

The building plans and specifications, as well as detailed plans for the construction were prepared by our integrated design engineering studio.
The conceptual design corresponds with the colours of the client’s logo, creating a coherent and aesthetically pleasing whole. ➡ It is a challenge that combines rigorous technical requirements with creativity and innovation, without forgetting the constraints like the proximity of high-voltage lines and the regulations of the local development plan, to name a few.
