Work is under way on the construction of SEGRO LOGISTIC PARK GLIWICE.

Once again we have been trusted by SEGRO Poland Sp. z o.o., a project investment and development company.

ADAMIETZ will expand Warehouse Buildings DC6 and DC4 at the site in Gliwice along with infrastructure, appurtenances, and internal roads.

Building DC6 houses a cold storage facility and utility areas with a total internal volume of 113,708 m3 . The development of this facility requires the latest construction work solutions and materials of superior quality. High thermal and sound insulation performance, air tightness, and resistance to moisture ingress will be the factors considered. The indoor facilities will meet appropriate hygiene and fire rating criteria.

Building DC4 is an open floor structure with an internal volume of 43,264 m3 that will serve as a warehouse.

The project development deadline is slated for Q4.

The entire project process will be BREEAM-certified.
