We are pleased to announce the completion of the logistics center expansion for JAS-FBG S.A. in Warszowice. This project is another example of synergy within our group. Thanks to the cooperation of the Katowice branch of Adamietz with ARPANEL Sandwich Panels, PROFILAR, and FORMOPEX Sp. z o.o., we delivered a top-class facility in the “Design and Build” formula. The key element of the investment is a cross-dock warehouse hall with an area of over 5,200 m², serving as a dual-zone cold storage facility. Its uniqueness is determined by:
⏺ Technology: Walls made of dedicated Arpanel CH PIR panels, created specifically for cold storage facilities,
⏺ Sustainable development: Installation of nearly 850 photovoltaic panels and a modern ammonia chiller,
⏺ Comprehensiveness: Office and service building for drivers (hotel, catering, offices), modern gatehouse, and innovative carports.
