When the old transforms into the new – S1 Shopping Park in Tarnowskie Góry is an example of how space can be used innovatively! After intensive work, we have completed the construction of a modern shopping complex that was created by transforming the former TESCO store building. The modern, functional, and customer-friendly space accommodates as many as 24 tenants offering a wide range of products and services.
Scope of work:
▫️ Extension, reconstruction, and construction of commercial and service buildings A, B, and C
▫️ Extension of road and pedestrian traffic system with parking infrastructure
▫️ Construction of a retention basin
▫️ Complete accompanying infrastructure
▫️ Renovation of existing advertising pylon
