The modern shopping park on the site of the former Zefam factory in Zielona Góra, which we have completed, is another important project in our portfolio. The investor, Aristoinvet Zefam Park Sp. z o.o., entrusted Adamietz Leszno Branch with the transformation of a site that had served as a factory for decades into a modern shopping park.
The total cubic capacity of the facility is 36,927 m³, with a usable area of 4,939 m². The scope of implementation included site development as well as necessary technical and road infrastructure. The works lasted from January to November 2025.
The place has gained a completely new function, combining a modern approach with respect for history. We implemented a “mixed-use” project – a revitalized space where residents can work, shop, relax, and use various services.
This is a project that was not only a challenge for us, but also proof of how a responsible approach to space can shape the future of cities. It is also an example that it is worth investing in the modernization of existing buildings and sites that carry a rich history and potential.
