We are building a model housing estate of the future together with DEVELIA S.A. We are the General Contractor for the second phase of the WUWA Vita investment in Wrocław. The investment is being developed on the site of the model Nowe Żerniki estate (WUWA 2), a concept implemented since 2013 in cooperation between the City of Wrocław and leading architects. Our task as General Contractor is to translate this idea into a solid comprehensive implementation, combining functionality with modernism and high aesthetics.In Phase II of construction works, we are focusing on the implementation of:
▪️ 6 buildings in low-rise, intimate development, in the spirit of sustainable construction
▪️ 168 apartments (from 26 to 92 sqm) with excellent natural lighting and private spaces (balconies/terraces/gardens)
▪️ 187 parking spaces in underground garages and extensive infrastructure (stroller rooms, bicycle storage)We are responsible for key construction and finishing aspects, ensuring that the estate at Tadeusza Brzozy Street, rich in greenery and excellently connected, will meet the highest architectural and quality standards.Planned completion date: March 2027
