Summer break? Not here – work is in full swing!
At the construction site of the new Museum of the Greater Poland Uprising 1918–1919, progress is becoming increasingly visible: diaphragm walls, whose shape symbolically references Poland’s borders; the moment of reinforcing the dome above the permanent exhibition; and the museum’s underground section, which will soon disappear from view as it is covered by the Level 0 ceiling.
Above this ceiling, four above-ground buildings will rise, housing spaces for temporary exhibitions, an auditorium, a library, and a conservation workshop.
This is just the beginning – stay tuned!
