In the heart of Gdańsk, on the charming Granary Island, a modern complex will be built that will combine 331 investment units with 8 commercial premises, operating as a four-star hotel standard.

This unique project, developed by Marvipol Development, is not only architecture but also a new quality in the offered space. With a total area of 22,735.52 m², the building will perfectly blend into the historical context of the city.

The construction will be led by the Gdańsk branch of Adamietz, headed by director Krzysztof Rytlewski. The project will be supervised by: Adam Borowiec (project manager) and Mariusz Sawicki (construction manager).
