Our branch, Adamietz Sp. z o.o. Niederlassung in Germany, is currently carrying out earthworks and the structural phase of the Elbe Square investment! 🏗️ The construction is located at Pieschener Strasse in Dresden.

As part of the project being executed for ATAL Development GmbH, two residential buildings and one mixed-use building will be constructed. The facility will house 305 residential units, 16 offices, 3 commercial service units, and will include an underground parking garage with 244 spaces, providing comfort for future residents and users.

This is yet another successful project by our German branch, which previously completed projects for Ciech Soda GmbH and Ostsee Residenz Zinnowitz GmbH.
