The cornerstone laying ceremony for a new building is always accompanied by great excitement. This is the beginning of the execution stage, when we, as the general contractor, set off with full force to carry out the tasks entrusted to us, having in mind a professional approach to the completion of the commissioned work and the satisfaction of the Investor.
The ifm ecolink sp. z o.o., while extending its production plant in Opole on ul. Północna, once again entrusted Adamietz with an order: the construction of a production and storage facility with a social and office section and the necessary infrastructure. This is the largest project to date for this Investor. The floor area will be 13,554.56 m2 and the volume will equal 107,966.68 m3 .
Completion date – August 2024.
