In 2021 Q4, we signed a contract for the general contracting services in the construction of the Wilanowska Metro Park building for its developer, Park Projects Sp. z o.o., which has been operating on the Polish market since 1999.

The project plans feature the development of luxury apartments, commercial units
and retail spaces in Warsaw’s borough of Mokotów.

Thanks to the unique design and technological solutions applied in the successive stages of development, the apartments will meet the highest levels of utility and comfort.

-storey building with a total surface area of 8,825.50 m2 will be completed in 2023 Q3.
