Adamietz has successfully completed construction work at the modern Pastelowo housing estate in Poznań, carried out for Vastint Poland – a commercial and residential real estate developer.
The contract required a comprehensive engineering approach – from advanced earthworks, through underground and road infrastructure, to the preparation of foundations.
The scope of work carried out by the Poznań branch included:

• earthworks, including soil replacement under the foundations of 7 residential buildings and a multi-storey garage;
• foundations for the residential buildings
• inter-building utility networks, including sanitary sewerage, storm sewerage with infiltration tanks and a reinforced concrete retention tank, as well as part of the district heating network;
• roads and pedestrian paths, including the estate’s sports running track;
• foundations and full finishing works for the multi-storey garage building;
• construction of a new road (ul. Pastelowa) providing access to the estate, together with underground infrastructure (water supply network, sanitary and storm sewer connections) and routes for pedestrian, bicycle and vehicle traffic.
  Engineering expertise and efficient organization at every stage of the project made it possible to carry out all assigned tasks with precision.
