Our Gdańsk branch has held the topping-out ceremony (“wiecha”) at the construction site of the Golden Tulip Gdańsk Old Town hotel at ul. Chmielna 78/80 on Granary Island (Wyspa Spichrzów). This marks the moment when the structure has reached its final height.
As general contractor, we are carrying out this project for Marvipol Development. A four-star property is being built here, which — after opening in spring 2027 — will operate under the Golden Tulip brand (Louvre Hotels Group). This prestigious building will house 331 investment apartments along with commercial space, a restaurant, a fitness area, and a co-working zone.
The topping-out ceremony is a moment the whole team works toward. Thank you to everyone involved — the next stages of work lie ahead of us.
