Three editions, three certificates. Consistency, not coincidence. ADAMIETZ SA has been awarded certification in the Best Managed Companies program, organized by Deloitte Poland, for the third consecutive time, joining the ranks of the best-managed private and family businesses in the country. The award ceremony was held on June 18, 2026, at the Warsaw Stock Exchange building. The company was represented by Vice President Mieczysława Fyk-Łazar, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President Szczepan Kusibab, Corporate Affairs Director.
Best Managed Companies is one of the most demanding programs assessing management quality in the private sector – both in Poland and worldwide. Four areas are evaluated: strategy along with the company’s mission and vision, organizational culture, tangible and intangible resources, and ownership governance and finance.
This third certification holds special significance for us. It confirms that the foundations on which we are building our company – responsibility, long-term thinking, and continuous development – translate into results and a competitive advantage that cannot be replicated in a single season.
