Four storeys (three above ground and one underground), 3,302.81 m², and a project delivered from scratch – in a “design and build” format by our Project Office and the Olsztyn branch of Adamietz S.A.
The new building on Żurawi Street is not just lecture and seminar rooms. It is a nursing simulation centre with high-fidelity laboratories and examination stations meeting the OSCE standard.
A space designed with a clear understanding of what medical education truly looks like today – including in technical terms: the building is equipped with installations based on renewable energy sources, including photovoltaic panels and air-source heat pumps.
Projects in the education and healthcare sectors have their own rules: high technical requirements, complex function, zero compromises in finishing. This is an environment where we feel at home.
